What you’ll do:

• Lead and grow Bitlayer’s global community across Twitter, Discord, and Telegram
• Design & run ambassador programs, AMAs, online events, and contests
• Build a scalable community moderation team with clear playbooks
• Craft engaging narratives and memes around Bitcoin, BitVM, and BTCFi
• Track community KPIs and drive growth with data-driven strategies
• Act as the bridge between our core dev team and the community

You are:

• A crypto native with deep knowledge of Bitcoin, DeFi, and Web3 culture
• Experienced in building and managing communities with measurable KPIs
